Teledata uses a price model involving variable costs. You only pay for the information that is effectively available and received by you.

With most providers, you pay a package price per request for information, regardless of the information that is required (or even available). Not so with Teledata: you decide for yourself what details you need and only pay for the information actually received.

Online account
Payment for all of the services is made via a personal online account. Your online account is defined by a user ID and associated password. You use these details to identify yourself as the authorized Teledata user. If you would like Teledata to be used in various departments or by several members of staff, we will open a number of other online accounts, each of which can be invoiced separately.

Information Units as the basis of pricing
Our services are invoiced in our own “currency”, called the Information Unit (IU). All the data segments and services are stated as numbers of IUs in the price list. The appropriate number of IUs is debited directly to your online account when the information is obtained.

Cost control
You can check your current usage and the accumulated totals for the previous months online at any time.

Quotation
We will be pleased to prepare an individual quotation in line with your information requirements and the annual volume received.
